Q: Methods of payment accepted.
What methods of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Money Order. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
Q: Credit Card Payment Methods.
I want to pay on credit card, how do I do this?
A:
Credit cards payments can be accepted through Paypal.
When you pay through Paypal you will be taken to the secure Paypal page where you are able to process your credit card.
You do not need to have an account or sign up to paypal to process the payment.
Q: Details for Direct Deposit
Do you have a shop front that I can come too, to have a look at your candles?
A:
All our banking details will be on your order confirmation for payment to be made. If there is a problem and it does not come through please email me and we shall forward the information to you. Your order will be sent once full payment has cleared in the bank. Note: Please remember to supply your order number in the description when making a direct deposit.
Q: Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale prices?
A:
No, Dream Candles is no longer offering wholesale prices on their products.
Q: Order being dispatch
Will you email me when my order is dispatched?
A:
Yes, you will be sent an email the day the order is dispatched.
Q: My Order
I placed an order this morning, when will it be sent?
A:
Due to the nature of the product and that you are purchasing a handmade product which is not mass produced your order make take up to 7 days prior to shipping. We will advise you upon your purchase if there will be longer delays.
Q: Gift Certificates / Vouchers
How do I claim my gift certificate or voucher?
A:
At checkout you are able to enter the certificate or voucher number which will automatically give you the discount. All gift certificates and vouchers have an expiry date, this date will not be extended. The discount does not apply to postage.
Q: Delivery time.
How long will it be take for my order to be delivered?
A:
All orders are sent through Australia Post so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Q: How is my order packed?
I do not want my purchases broken on arrival!
A:
We take great care in packing all orders to ensure they arrive safely to you. They will be boxed with bubble wrap and packing foam. Were possible we like to recylce as much packing materials as possible and will not charge excess handling fees.
Q: Pick Up!
Can I pick up my order?
A:
As Dream Candles does not have a shop front, we do not allow orders to be picked up. If you live in the local area of Townsville, I am more then happy to personnally deliver your order to you or alternative arrangements can be made.
At check out click on pick up and we will contact you to arrange delivery or pick up.

I want to purchase a candle as gift, will you send it directly to the recipient?
A:
Yes, Dream Candles is more then happy to send the item purchased directly to the receipent to save postage. Just let me know at check out.
Q: International Customers
Do you accept orders from overseas?
A:
Dream Candles will accept orders from our overseas customers. If you are an overseas customer please note that we will need to provide you with an international shipping quote. Please do not pay for the product until you have received our invoice with fully shipping costs.
If you are living in Australia and would like to send something to a relative overseas, please contact us for an international shipping quote.
