Shipping:

Dream Candles use Australia Post to send all goods and this site uses the Australia Post real time calculator.  Postage costs is based on weight and volume of the item and is charged at the current Australia Post charges, this is automatically calculated at checkout.

Packages will be sent well padded to protect goods during transit. Where possible we use recycled packing items.

Registered Post:

As we want your product to arrive safely we highly recommend registered post. Registered Post within Australia offers:

• a unique identification number for each article
• proof of posting when lodged
• signature obtained on delivery
• compensation up to $100
• extra cover is available for $1.80 per $100 or part thereof.

This choice will be available within each product item, please ensure you tick this box if required. If you are purchasing more then 1 item please only choose registered post once, as it is only payable once per parcel.

Returns:

Dream Candles accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery via Australia Post. Claims for damaged or lost goods during delivery can be made at any Australia Post Office. If your parcel has been sent via registered post documentation will be kept incase we need to track the item.

We accept return of goods only in the case of the item being faulty. Goods must be returned and be at our office within 14 working days of you receiving your order. Returns must be complete and include all original packaging. Partial returns will not be accepted. All shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
